The TeraFlex JK 2.5” Suspension Lift Kit is an ultra simple performance oriented lift kit that provides amazing highway drivability with very capable off road performance. Drivability and performance are the most important factors that are engineered and built into every TeraFlex lift kit. Properly developed suspension geometry, roll center, and load tuning ensure that all factory stability controls remain functional and within the parameters that Jeep originally engineered into the vehicle. TeraFlex kits drive straight and will crawl anything, getting you there and back! This kit includes 2.5" lift coil springs, 9550 VSS shock absorbers, rear sway bar links, heavy duty rear trackbar axle bracket, bump stop extensions and all necessary hardware. This kit will allow you to run up to a 35” tire (aftermarket wheels with 4.5” backspacing or less are required). Fits all right hand drive JK Wrangler models including Rubicon & Unlimited. Note: 2012+ JKs may require exhaust spacers (#2610000) or other exhaust modification for proper driveshaft clearance if front extended shock length is greater than 24.5”.

The TeraFlex 9550 VSS is an exceptional shock absorber designed and developed specifically for a lifted Jeep Wrangler. This means you get the best extreme off-road performance and unequaled highway ride because it is engineered, valved, and tuned specifically for your Jeep. TeraFlex 9550 VSS shocks feature a proprietary in-house velocity valving that is tuned to react perfectly with TeraFlex suspension systems. A triple-chromed rod ensures trouble-free operation, and an oil block and seal wipe the shock rod during compression to keep all internal fluids sealed and contained for extended lifetime performance, additionally, an internal travel stop limiter minimizes the impact of over-compression. The 9550 VSS gas shock uses a heavy duty twin-tube design construction to provide protection from trail damage, and the durable black e-dipped finish resists salt and other corrosives under the most extreme conditions. Double-welded shock eyelets reinforce and support the shock body against repeated stress from constant suspension cycling. Premium-quality rubber bushings help to refine ride quality, Jeep specific mounting ends are vulcanized to the bushing to provide a hassle free installation. All TeraFlex 9550 VSS shocks are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Historically, universal shocks have been adapted to fit many applications with minimal tuning. Falcon Shocks change that mentality. Built from the ground up with a focus on fitment and function, corner specific Falcon Series 3 piggyback shocks deliver the best damping characteristics possible. After a lengthy and painstaking development process, we have finally delivered these advanced shocks to the awaiting Jeep market.

Front shocks feature a unique piggyback design with the reservoir positioned horizontally to increase clearance with large tires during articulation and turning. An offset upper stud positions the shock body away from the frame for maximum clearance.

The rear shock positions the body and reservoir at the bottom to eliminate shaft damage from rocks kicked up by the tires. The outboard mounting increases clearance for lifted vehicles with raised track bar brackets.

Falcon Shocks feature Red Line full synthetic shock oil with a high viscosity index of 519 for consistent performance across all temperatures to reduce shock fade. The proprietary synthetic formula also contains special anti-wear and lubricity agents that produce excellent thermal stability.

Installation Hardware

 TeraFlex HD ball joints are engineered to handle the increased load caused by oversized tires and offset wheels. The upper ball joint incorporates hard sintered wear bushings to handle extreme side load demands without failure.

The lower ball joint features a threaded top cap for adjustable preload and allows grease servicing without axle shaft removal, even with larger RCV shafts. A machined grease passage in the lower joint housing assembly provides lubrication access without affecting the ball joint load surface.

These ball joints fit 2007-2012* JK Wrangler Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles.

Upper ball joint features

• Extremely hard Sintered wear bushings to handle side load demands without failure

• 4140 chrome moly Ball/stud and a 1045 carbon steel housing

Note: Fits 2007-2012* JK Wrangler Dana 30 & Dana 44 axles. We recommend ball joints without knurls as they will not score the inner knuckle and open up the bore. We also offer ball joint with knurls for ball joints that have a loose press fit in the inner knuckle due to repeated ball joint replacement or if knurled ball joints have been installed in the past.

*SOME 2012 and ALL newer Jeep Wranglers come factory with larger front axle shafts (Dana 30 & 44) than previous years, and will require grinding on the stub shaft forging parting line for clearance.

The rear axle experiences tremendous amounts of lateral force while driving and those effects increase exponentially during off-road driving. The TeraFlex JK: Rear HD Forged Adjustable Track Bar withstands these abusive side loads to dramatically improve handling. Track Bars also allow lateral adjustment of the axle for proper axle alignment as well as cycling through full suspension travel without interfering with other components. Our rear track bar also maximizes rear right spring clearance.

Our Rear HD Forged Adjustable Track Bar is recommended for 4-6” lifts. Bolts into factory locations or one of our Rear Track Bar Brackets – no cutting or welding required. This is the same Rear Track Bar used in our 4-6” Alpine RT and Alpine CT Long Arm Suspension Systems.

The TeraFlex JK: Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit replaces a worn or damaged factory Rzeppa CV joint and driveshaft without resorting to an expensive aftermarket U-joint upgrade.

Allows angles up to 15 degrees.

The high-angle CV housing reduces boot failure associated with 3” or more lift.

The included low-friction grease is engineered specifically for the high RPM needs of the JK Rzeppa CV joint and features high-viscosity surface bonding characteristics necessary to properly adhere the grease to all moving surfaces.
