Toyota Brake upgrades

Stage 1 Kit spec as follows:

Stage 2 Kit spec as follows:

• 2-Piece 345-395x34mm 72-vane discs.
• Semi-float disc drive system allows for radial disc expansion and contraction.
• Curved directional cooling vanes.
• Billet caliper mounting brackets.
• Stainless steel braided brake lines.
• All necessary mounting hardware for quick, easy bolt-on installation.
• Comprehensive fitment and bed-in instructions.

NOTE:  The X-Line big brake kits both require a minimum 17 “ wheel for radial clearance.  A wheel fitment template will be supplied in order to check both radial and axial (spoke) clearance before processing an order.

The front axle big brake kits are designed to perfectly balance the vehicle while retaining the OEM manufacturers rear brake setup and are a straight bolt on with no modification required other than trimming the dust cover.

Caliper colour options on both kits are: HARD GREY anodizing or RED anodized

LEAD TIME for the Big Brake Kit is 4-6 weeks

For a front and rear axle brake upgrade, we offer the AT Series slotted discs and  brake pad option namely Powerbrake PB01 compound.

The Powerbrake PB01 is a good step up over the standard Land Cruiser brake pads offering higher friction level (much improved stopping power) as well as better ‘brake fade’ resistance (handle temps of 450DegC).

100% synthetic brake fluid on polyglycol basis for all types of hydraulic actuated brake and clutch systems in accordance with DOT 5.1, DOT 4 and DOT 3 manufacturers’ recommendations. Specially designed for anti-locking brake system (ABS).
