The TeraFlex JK 2.5” Suspension Lift Kit is an ultra simple performance oriented lift kit that provides amazing highway drivability with very capable off road performance. Drivability and performance are the most important factors that are engineered and built into every TeraFlex lift kit. Properly developed suspension geometry, roll center, and load tuning ensure that all factory stability controls remain functional and within the parameters that Jeep originally engineered into the vehicle. TeraFlex kits drive straight and will crawl anything, getting you there and back! This kit includes 2.5" lift coil springs, 9550 VSS shock absorbers, rear sway bar links, heavy duty rear trackbar axle bracket, bump stop extensions and all necessary hardware. The TeraFlex 9550 VSS is an exceptional shock absorber designed and developed specifically for a lifted Jeep Wrangler. This means you get the best extreme off-road performance and unequaled highway ride because it is engineered, valved, and tuned specifically for your Jeep. TeraFlex 9550 VSS shocks feature a proprietary in-house velocity valving that is tuned to react perfectly with TeraFlex suspension systems. A triple-chromed rod ensures trouble-free operation, and an oil block and seal wipe the shock rod during compression to keep all internal fluids sealed and contained for extended lifetime performance, additionally, an internal travel stop limiter minimizes the impact of over-compression. The 9550 VSS gas shock uses a heavy duty twin-tube design construction to provide protection from trail damage, and the durable black e-dipped finish resists salt and other corrosives under the most extreme conditions. Double-welded shock eyelets reinforce and support the shock body against repeated stress from constant suspension cycling. Premium-quality rubber bushings help to refine ride quality, Jeep specific mounting ends are vulcanized to the bushing to provide a hassle free installation. Historically, universal shocks have been adapted to fit many applications with minimal tuning. Falcon Shocks change that mentality. Built from the ground up with a focus on fitment and function, corner specific Falcon Series 3 piggyback shocks deliver the best damping characteristics possible. JK HD Dana 44/30 Upper & Lower Ball Joint Set of 4 w/o Knurl

 TeraFlex HD ball joints are engineered to handle the increased load caused by oversized tires and offset wheels. The upper ball joint incorporates hard sintered wear bushings to handle extreme side load demands without failure.

The lower ball joint features a threaded top cap for adjustable preload and allows grease servicing without axle shaft removal, even with larger RCV shafts. A machined grease passage in the lower joint housing assembly provides lubrication access without affecting the ball joint load surface.

These ball joints fit 2007-2012* JK Wrangler Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles.

Upper ball joint features

We also offer ball joint with knurls for ball joints that have a loose press fit in the inner knuckle due to repeated ball joint replacement or if knurled ball joints have been installed in the past.

*SOME 2012 and ALL newer Jeep Wranglers come factory with larger front axle shafts (Dana 30 & 44) than previous years, and will require grinding on the stub shaft forging parting line for clearance.

TeraFlex JK/JKU Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnects are the industry leader thanks to their ease of use. The Upper Sway Bar Link End has an OEM quality narrow shoulder ball and socket for silent operation, long-term durability, and zero maintenance. The Lower Sway Bar Link End has a large polyurethane ball and pin for easy sway bar removal. The Sway Bar Links quickly disconnect and swing up out of the way for unrestricted axle articulation during off-roading.

 

While connected for street use, the link provides immediate reaction during sway bar loading to eliminate excess play. This results in improved lateral control and steering response compared to the stock rubber sway bar link bushings.
